Best Practices for Parishes – Home page

Best Practices for Parishes (BPP) is a self-study tool that enables parishes to assess seven dimensions of parish life using best-practice statements drawn from church documents, pastoral experiences, and ministry experts. The assessments become the basis for planning and implementing improvements in specific ministry areas. This collaborative process helps all parish ministers focus on carrying out the mission of the Church. Each dimension has its own workbook with instructions and worksheets which can be downloaded from the internet. Parishes make as many copies of the workbook as they need and work at their own pace.
